What is InBrace?
InBrace is a revolutionary new product to help you get the smile you deserve. The InBrace system is hidden behind your teeth, giving you the confidence you need to take your smile to the next level.
How does InBrace work?
The InBrace system is fixed to the back of your teeth, unlike traditional braces that are visible.
Your InBrace device is custom-made for you. Advanced 3D imaging is used to create a precise and exact set of braces. This ensures that each patient has an InBrace device that is tailored, and specific to their requirements.
Your InBrace device is designed to continuously and gently guide your teeth into the desired position through time. The continuous force (Gentleforce) ensures your InBrace device remains comfortable and retains its effectiveness.
The InBrace system is designed to be comfortable. Being placed behind your teeth not only makes it more appealing from an aesthetic point of view, but it also reduces the risk of irritation to your lips or cheeks. It is also much easier to keep them clean and enjoy your food without the need for removal.
The duration of your treatment with InBrace will vary from patient to patient and case to case. Your Orthodontist will be able to advise you of the predicted timescale of your treatment during your early consultation. InBrace can however lead to a reduction in treatment time compared to conventional brace systems.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Whilst InBrace is indeed a very versatile system, not everyone is a suitable candidate to maximise its benefits. When you visit Kammerman Orthodontics we will recommend the best solution for you.
Regular follow-ups with us during your treatment are essential to monitor your progress. You will always be advised of future appointments. It is also very important that you stick to a great oral health plan including regular brushing and flossing. Good dental hygiene is extremely important when wearing any form of braces. InBrace is designed to work like autopilot. It uses smart wire to gently apply corrective forces to your teeth. The Smart Wire is programmed to provide the right amount of GentleForce Technology, using advanced “shape memory” materials, to gently move your teeth into the correct position.
Your InBrace Toothprint™ is scanned by us at Kammerman Orthodontics. We will create a 3D image of the inside of your mouth. Your Toothprint is used to personalize your Smartwire for the results you want.
